These Terms & Conditions are between you and MB Success Academy ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By purchasing or using the "Mastering Emotions: ADHD and the Art of Emotional Regulation" video workshop (the "Workshop"), you agree to these Terms.

The Workshop is a pre-recorded, five-lesson educational video program for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD. Lesson 1 is free; Lessons 2–5 are unlocked with a one-time payment of $49.95 USD, which grants ongoing personal access to the paid lessons.

The Workshop is educational content only. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or a credit or debit card through PayPal's checkout — we never see or store your card details.

After your payment is received, we email you the links to the paid lessons (Lessons 2–5). By purchasing, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have authority to make the purchase.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Workshop for your personal, non-commercial use. We retain all ownership of the Workshop and its intellectual property, including videos, materials, and branding.

You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, share your access, or reverse engineer any part of the Workshop or this website.

You must not misuse the Workshop or this website, including:

• Using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Introducing malware, probing security, or scraping content
• Sharing your paid lesson links with others

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Workshop videos are hosted on YouTube, and availability may depend on third-party services outside our control.

The Workshop is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Workshop in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate these policies. If your access ends, your license to view the paid lessons ends too.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
